Project launch is not the end of any Infomentum project. Part of the reason we have a zero tolerance project failure rate is our continued support post-delivery. We’ll work closely with you to assess the service operational requirements from your business’ perspective, and translate them into policies, processes and procedures, all documented in a Service Level Agreement.

We’re happy to educate users and transfer knowledge, constantly using our experience to create a better customer experience.

  • Knowledge TransferDuring the transition stage the project and support team, as well as the customer’s or third-party suppliers’ support and operational teams, go through a set of well-documented handover sessions and training. Knowledge is shared, and roles and responsibilities are agreed in the operational flow; 
  • TrainingThroughout the project delivery process, we provide regular, short testing periods accompanied by training. Based on our experience this regular hands-on use is always the best form of training. In the later stages of the delivery, these training sessions could become the basis for more extensive training workshops or webinars based on the client needs;
