All police and citizen data stays within your secure Salesforce environment and is processed according to your organisation’s data residency and sovereignty requirements. Salesforce supports UK-based data centres for forces that require local hosting. Agentforce does not transfer data to external AI providers for processing. All activity takes place within your existing infrastructure, following your security and governance policies.All data sent to and processed by AI language models is undertaken within the UK.
