Dan Shepherd

As our Chief of Sport, as well as Chief of Operations, Dan is the David Beckham to Vikram’s Freddie Flintoff. Dan has a huge passion for sport and is a big West Ham fan, having grown up going to games at Upton Park. He also spent much of his youth playing football and spent a summer coaching tennis in the US. 

Nowadays, Dan is responsible for the Operational running of the business, from Finance to HR to Legal. Project Delivery also remains a big passion and working with the customers to ensure the right solutions by the strongest possible team. 

One of my proudest moments, after the birth of my children and my wedding day, was spending an afternoon at Buckingham Palace to celebrate 40 years of the Prince's Trust. I'm often blown away to understand the difference some of our customers make to peoples lives and love that our business has contributed in some way to make that happen.
