A global manufacturer wanted to offer a better customer experience and faster quote turnaround times for one of its leading product lines.
We built a secure cloud-based e-commerce portal which allows customers to have a round-the-clock access to information about spares, request quotes for parts, view pricing and availability and track orders.
Following the initial implementation, plans are now being made to add more product lines, as well as include online ordering and cross-selling opportunities. There is also the opportunity to include more detailed analytics and sales reports, providing greater levels of insight to inform the manufacturer’s future decision-making. None of this would be possible without the cloud-based customer portal we delivered.
