Rachel found her passion for marketing in her first role at an IT company, and hasn’t looked back.
The bright lights of London called, so she left behind the quiet Essex countryside where she grew up to take up her role of Marketing Executive at Infomentum. In 2015 she was promoted to the role of Marketing Manager. Now with over 8 years of practical marketing experience under her belt, Rachel continues to broaden her skillset through studying the CIM qualifications, and keeping pace with the changing world of technology and marketing.
Rachel believes that digital is no longer a separate function from marketing and IT, and that to be truly successful, businesses need to integrate digital in all areas. Above all, Rachel believes that the customer journey should be at the heart of everything a business does, and digital platforms should be used to enhance this journey.
To escape the hustle and bustle of London, Rachel sometimes heads back to the countryside to visit her family (and her dogs!) at the weekends. Growing up, she turned her hands to many pursuits, including acting classes, learning to play the flute and the guitar, and ballet and tap dancing. These days, Rachel can normally be found baking cakes or perfecting her downward dog pose at yoga class.
Never regret anything because at one time it was exactly what you wanted.
