Marketing technology is in Leigh's blood. Having achieved a BSc (Hons) in Business IT, she went on to become a Chartered Marketer in 2001. She has the scars from tactical marketing and a thirst for all things digital that give her a wealth of knowledge and understanding to develop intelligent and innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
In her spare time, Leigh is a Trustee for the Chartered Institute of Marketing, and also a judge for the Best Application of Technology on the European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards. You will also find her on the speaking circuit. That's when she's not doing the school run for her six year old twins!
